账户
账户API包含多个用于管理用户账户的方法：

getAccountsList：列出现有用户账户。 -
deleteAccount：删除用户账户。 -
createAccount：创建用户账户。 -
updateAccount：更新用户账户。 -
configureNotificationsSettings：配置用户通知设置。 -
getNotificationsSettings：返回通知设置。
